On April 20, OSHA inspectors observed the employees of Grand Valley Carpentry LLC, working without fall protection on a residential roof. The roof was nearly 20 feet off the ground. Valley Carpentry has 15 business days to either pay the fine or appeal against it to the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
