If you face any difficulties logging into your account, beginning your training, or enabling a video to play, kindly follow the instructions based on the browser you are using to clear your browser settings and allow for site pop-ups.<\/p>\n

Choose the browser you are using from the following to be directly taken to their specific instructions:<\/p>\n

Microsoft Edge<\/h2>\n

Clearing Cache & Cookies<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Once opening the Microsoft Edge, hold Ctrl, Shift, and Delete buttons at the same time.<\/li>\n
  2. A window with the title \u201cClear Browsing Data\u201d will appear. In this window, click the dropdown and select \u201cAll Time.\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure that the \u201cFirst Four Items\u201d are checked off: Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached Images and Files. Then click on the \u201cClear Now\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  4. Close every \u201cMicrosoft Edge Browser Window\u201d that is open to conclude resetting the browser settings.<\/li>\n
  5. Re-open the Edge browser, log in back to access, and begin your training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u201cEnabling Pop-ups\u201d<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Open Microsoft Edge, select the three dots located in the upper right corner, and click on \u201cSettings\u201d.<\/li>\n
    2. Upon the opening of the tab, click on \u201cCookies and Site Permissions\u201d located in the left side menu.<\/li>\n
    3. Select \u201cPop-ups and Redirects\u201d.<\/li>\n
    4. Click on the \u201cAdd\u201d button situated in the Allow box, enter your training URL and then select \u201cAdd\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Google Chrome<\/h2>\n

      \u201cClearing Cache & Cookies\u201d<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Once opening Google Chrome, hold Ctrl, Shift, and Delete buttons at the same time.<\/li>\n
      2. A window with the title \u201cClear Browsing Data\u201d will appear. In this window, click the dropdown and select \u201cAll Time.\u201d<\/li>\n
      3. Ensure that the following three items are checked off: Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached Images, and Files. Then click \u201cClear Data\u201d.<\/li>\n
      4. Close every \u201cChrome Browser Window\u201d that is open to finalize resetting the browser settings.<\/li>\n
      5. Re-open the Chrome browser, log in back to access, and begin your training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u201cEnabling Pop-ups\u201d<\/h3>\n

        1. Open Google Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner, and select \u201cSettings.\u201d<\/li>\n
        2. In the tab that opens, select \u201cPrivacy and Security\u201d in the left-side menu.<\/li>\n
        3. Click \u201cSite Settings\u201d and then \u201cPop-ups and Redirects.\u201d<\/li>\n
        4. Click on the \u201cAdd\u201d button under \u201cAllowed to send pop-ups and use redirects\u201d and enter the URL of your training. Then select \u201cAdd\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Mozilla Firefox<\/h2>\n

          \u201cClearing Cache & Cookies\u201d<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. Once opening Mozilla Firefox, hold Ctrl, Shift, and Delete buttons at the same time.<\/li>\n
          2. A window with the title \u201cClear All History\u201d will appear. In this window, click the dropdown and select \u201cEverything\u201d.<\/li>\n
          3. Make sure that the following 5 items are checked off: Browsing & Download History, Cookies, Cache, Active Logins, Forms & Search History. Then click \u201cOK\u201d.<\/li>\n
          4. Close every \u201cFirefox Browser Window\u201d that is open to finalize resetting the browser settings.<\/li>\n
          5. Re-open the Firefox browser, log in back to access, and begin your training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

             <\/p>\n

            \u201cEnabling Pop-ups\u201d<\/h3>\n
              \n
            1. Open Mozilla Firefox, click on the three lines situated in the upper right corner, and select \u201cSettings.\u201d<\/li>\n
            2. In the tap that opens, click \u201cPrivacy and Security\u201d positioned in the left side menu and scroll down until you reach the \u201cPermissions\u201d option.<\/li>\n
            3. Next, go to \u201cBlock pop-up windows\u201d and click \u201cExceptions.\u201d<\/li>\n
            4. Upon entering your training URL, select \u201cAllow,\u201d which will appear below in the box for verification. Once verified, click on \u201cSave changes.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Safari<\/h2>\n

              \u201cClearing Cache & Cookies\u201d<\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. Once you open Safari, go to your training website URL.<\/li>\n
              2. Now, select \u201cSafari\u201d and then click on \u201cPreferences\u201d.<\/li>\n
              3. Click on \u201cManage Website Data,\u201d located right next to the \u201cCookies and Website Data.\u201d<\/li>\n
              4. Upon selecting the website, click on \u201cRemove\u201d. Likewise, you may also choose \u201cRemove All\u201d to remove all the data from the website. Then click on\u201cDone\u201d.<\/li>\n
              5. Close every \u201cSafari browser window\u201d open to finalize resetting your browser settings.<\/li>\n
              6. Reopen the Safari browser, log in back to access, and start your training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u201cEnabling Pop-Ups\u201d<\/h3>\n

                1. Upon opening \u201cSafari\u201d, choose \u201cPreferences\u201d.<\/li>\n
                2. Once you select the \u201cWebsites tab,\u201d click on the \u201cPop-up Windows.\u201d<\/li>\n
                3. Use the \u201cWhen visiting other websites\u201d drop-down menu and click on the \u201cAllow\u201d button to disable the pop-up blocker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
