What is OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training for Construction?

60% of construction deaths happen in a worker's first year on the job according to the BLS, the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach program is 3x deeper than OSHA 10, and designed to raise worker awaness about workplace hazards and increase their knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations. Employers with OSHA Outreach training see up to 66% reduction in lost-time injuries. Trained workers hit productivity goals 65% vs. 52% untrained, with a 34% improvement in infrastructure projects.

You will learn safety skills to spot and prevent dangers at work. This helps reduce accidents and injuries. The training also gives workers confidence to report unsafe conditions and help create a safer workplace. For every $1 invested in OSHA 30, you save $4–$6 in injury costs.
