The OSHA 10-Hour training is ideal for entry-level workers in industries such as construction, demolition, manufacturing, retail, logistics, manufacturing and others. Meanwhile, this program is not for professionals in maritime and agriculture.
Although this course is voluntary, employers, states and labor unions may ask workers to have OSHA 10 completion certificates to work in high-risk environments.

Although OSHA doesn’t issue official certification, it authorizes training providers to deliver workplace safety programs. Upon successful completion of these programs, students receive an official certificate of completion from the course provider, along with a wallet-sized plastic OSHA card issued by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
This OSHA card is recognized nationwide and does not expire, although periodic refresher training may be recommended to stay current.The official DOL/OSHA card is typically delivered by mail within 6 to 8 weeks of course completion.
