OSHA’s strategic partnership with Dellbrook/JKS Inc. is collaborating to eliminate workplace accidents and risks during the building of a multi-family residential housing complex. The collaboration will concentrate on the use of personal protective devices, the prevention of heat sickness, the safety and prevention of fires, and the prevention of falls and exposure to dangers such as being hit by and trapped in/between objects, electricity, hand and power tools, and etc. The partners will also promote contractors to create and enforce safety and wellness plans, as well as to provide staff, employers, and supervisors with relevant training. The OSHA Strategic Partnership Program collaborates with companies, workers, technical and trade unions, labor groups, and other involved parties to develop specific priorities, policies, and success metrics to increase workplace safety and health.
