Training Process

The OSHA 10-Hour Construction training is fully online, with videos featuring case studies, interactive lessons, and demonstrations. The course is divided into modules, each ending with a quiz. A final exam tests your knowledge, and scoring 70% or higher earns you an OSHA completion certificate by email. Your official OSHA Construction Card will arrive by mail within a few weeks.

OSHA Requirements

You must complete the 10 hour construction safety training within 180 days. If not, your course will expire and you will need to purchase it again. These 180 days start from the time you begin ythe training, not when you purchase it. Trainees from New York must enroll in actively proctored or they may run into issues adhereing with the NYC Department of Buildings standards.

Successful trainees will earn a plastic 10-Hour DOL card in no less than four weeks after completing their course. The card will be issued by the US Department of Labor and will be sent directly to your provided address. Does This Course Provide OSHA Certification?

It is important to know that there is no such thing as an OSHA certification. Instead, trainees who complete this course will earn a certificate of completion. You can display this document to your employer until your OSHA card arrives.

Each certificate of completion has a quick response (QR) that can be scanned to prove that the certificate is authentic. The QR code is also included on the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training completion card for the purpose of field verification.
