The OSHA 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Refresher course is designed to help supervisors who have completed the Initial HAZWOPER training meet the annual refresher requirement. If the refresher course takes less than 8 hours, the remaining time can be fulfilled through other documented safety training conducted during the year, including hands-on exercises, job-specific instruction, or toolbox/tailgate safety meetings. When required by OSHA regulations, workers must receive extra training focused on the specific hazards associated with their work environment. Using qualified training providers ensures program credibility and enhances a company’s overall safety program. In addition to external instruction, supervisors should complete site-specific training provided by their employer. Exam & Quiz Information

To earn the 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Refresher card, you must achieve a minimum score of 70%. You will be given three attempts to pass the quizzes and the final exam.

If you fail all three attempts or allow your course to expire, your course access will be suspended, and you will need to repurchase the course to resume your training.

After finishing all the modules of the OSHA 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Refresher course and passing the final quiz, you can print your certificate instantly. Your OSHA card will arrive in no less than two weeks after you have finished the training.
