Managing Transition to Teams

Our workplaces are changing rapidly. Many organizations are changing from command-and-control hierarchical structures to team-based structures. This transition moves the corporate climate from an “Us vs. Them” approach to a “We” approach. To successfully make this transition, organizations must encourage and support new skills and new ways of thinking. One essential skill involves managing in a team environment.
