Office Ergonomics
The goal of this course is to help you create the healthiest work environment possible, whether you work in an office or spend just a part of your day at a desk. Office work environments contain potential ergonomic risks. Bad posture, repetitive work, and sitting or standing in one position for extended periods can lead to aches and pains. In all work locations, we must take the time to evaluate our work areas to ensure they are set up to keep us comfortable and healthy. This learning module is intended to assist employees in evaluating and modifying their own office work environment to reduce ergonomic risk factors.
