BBPs enter your system through puncture wounds, cuts, skin abrasions and even through your eyes, nose & mouth. You can come in contact with them through infection blood or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) such as biohazard bags, sharps disposal containers, biohazard bags, self-sheathing needles and biological safety cabinets.
